Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a field HVAC technician to perform installations, maintenance and repairs of facility HVAC/R across Arby’s locations. The role requires traveling within the region, handling cooking equipment, refrigeration units, lighting and related systems, and working varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

You will troubleshoot requests, coordinate with the maintenance supervisor, perform preventative maintenance and ensure safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification (1 year+) required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must provide proof of legal work status in the United States.
• Possess basic tools and meters knowledge.
• DOT drug screen, fit-for-duty physical and criminal background check required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (DMV) required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair based on warranty and industry standards.
• Communicate with maintenance supervisor and store management to report repair status.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Description

The purpose of this job is to preform installations, maintenance and repairs of facility HVAC/R. Maintenance on cooking equipment, refrigeration units, lighting, warming cabinets. Minor plumbing, electrical and construction repairs within various Arby’s locations in the area. Must be able to travel within region 100% and work varied shifts, weekends and holidays due to accessibility.

Skills and Requirements
