Edelman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric & Solar is hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians for residential maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections to keep customer equipment running safely and efficiently.

The role suits those with HVAC experience who want stronger pay, performance incentives, and opportunities to grow. Dispatch from home is available; a take-home service vehicle is provided. Weekly training and on-call incentives enhance earnings.

Formación

• HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections experience preferred.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain it after starting.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning.
• Professional, customer-focused communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
• Identify equipment wear, inefficiencies, and developing issues
• Diagnose system conditions and clearly explain findings to customers
• Complete maintenance visits thoroughly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate service documentation and company standards

HVAC Maintenance Technician

Base Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Entry-Level Technicians: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experienced Technicians: $26.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM, plus a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

Plus Performance Incentives: Average technicians earn an additional $2.00-$3.00 per hour, while top-performing technicians can earn approximately $5.00 more per hour based on performance.

• HVAC maintenance, service, schooling, or related field experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning
• Experienced candidates should have solid HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional, customer-focused communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• EPA certification or ability to obtain it after starting

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
