Qualifications

• 1+ years of relative HVAC experience required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• EPA Certification and willingness to obtain other certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and answer any customer inquiries.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair/replacement of HVAC equipment.
• Participate in training and maintain inventory on company truck.

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Morrison is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Technician team.

Pay$16.00 - $26.00 per hour + (uncapped commission)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A HVAC TECHNICIANS

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS OF A HVAC TECHNICIANS

• 1+ Years of Relative HVAC Experience - Required
• Customer service and sales skills
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA Certification
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
