Compensation: $30.00-$50.00 depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an hour lunch

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 5+ years' experience with residential HVAC service
  • Willingness to travel to the service area
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Ability to provide directions given, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to comply with all safety rules
  • Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on various residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering high-quality service to our valued customers
  • Make product recommendations and educate customers about HVAC options to help them make informed decisions
  • Test HVAC systems after repairs or maintenance to ensure proper functionality and performance
  • Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner, explaining diagnoses and recommended solutions clearly
  • Document all work performed, including repairs made, parts used, and any additional recommendations
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for clients and team members
  • Provide training to less experienced service technicians
