Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance across district HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair cafeteria equipment and related devices.
• Communicate equipment status to site personnel and supervisor.
• Maintain clean and stocked service vehicle and complete paperwork promptly.
• Work overtime or non-regular hours as needed.
