Job summary

Aramark Facilities Management is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician I to support operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, air handling units, and steam systems.

The role offers $23.00-$27.00 per hour and involves hands-on tasks, PMs, and service calls. Experience with building controls, BAS, and steam systems is valued. Work is in a commercial/institutional setting with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HVAC maintenance, service, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance experience.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of air handling units, heating and cooling systems, and temperature control principles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to temperature-related service requests and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Assist with planned and unplanned maintenance of air handling units and steam systems.
• Inspect, test, operate, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
