Job summary

Aramark is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Worker to operate, repair, and install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The role supports food service and facilities operations, performing preventive maintenance and responding to urgent repairs as needed.

Candidates should have HVAC experience and certification where available, follow safety procedures, and work collaboratively with other teams.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Previous HVAC experience required.
• Interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must follow safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Installs, inspects, tests, operates, and repairs refrigeration and related equipment for food preservation, ice, cooling water, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.
• Calibrates, repairs and maintains pneumatic control systems and related equipment.
• Checks, services, cleans and replaces filters in all A/C and heating units and documents maintenance.
• Cleans and maintains grills, ducts and shaft ways in HVAC systems.
• Understands electrical, plumbing and refrigeration codes and coordinates work with other trades.
• Completes preventative maintenance as scheduled and keeps records.
• Responds to emergency repair/maintenance situations as required.
• Maintains inventory and tools; supports operations with a positive attitude.
• Supports Aramark's commitment to service and workplace standards.
