Job summary

Aspen Square Management, Inc. seeks a versatile maintenance technician to join our Tallahassee team. This jack-of-all-trades role covers HVAC repairs, routine maintenance, make-readies for new residents, and collaboration with maintenance and office teams to maintain property standards.

We value customer service and reliability, with on-call rotations for emergencies and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates should supply their own hand tools and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to go off-site.
• Provide your own hand tools.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems and perform repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents with make readies and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal and curb appeal of the property.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
