Job summary

Brethren Village Retirement Community in Lititz, PA seeks a reliable HVAC / Maintenance Technician with commercial HVAC and plumbing experience for full-time employment. The role involves maintaining residential and health-care facilities, kitchens, and central plant operations.

Daytime, Monday–Friday shifts with full benefits and opportunities for on-call work. Candidates must have at least 3 years in HVAC/plumbing and a PA driver’s license; strong safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional work experience including commercial HVAC and plumbing.
• Valid PA driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Ability to stand/walk frequently, climb ladders, lift and push objects, and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' apartments, healthcare facilities, commercial kitchens, and central utility plant.
• Repair and maintain facilities, equipment, and appliances.
• Interact with Residents, Team Members, and managers in a polite, helpful manner.
