Job summary

Boyd Wilson LLC in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Maintenance/HVAC Technician to service residents' homes, troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC equipment, plumbing, and perform related maintenance tasks. You will uphold a professional image and be an advocate for the company.

Typical hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with on-call for emergencies; competitive compensation and benefits accompany opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Qualifications

HVAC certifications preferred and EPA 608 certification preferred.
2 to 5 years' experience in Maintenance.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company policy.
Ability to work independently with strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Make service calls to residences for troubleshooting and repair.
Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
Complete Turn process for vacant units as directed by Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager.
Prepare accurate daily paperwork.
Be on-call for emergency maintenance.
Maintain a clean and neat service van and PPE inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
