Job summary
Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC. (FMM) is seeking a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to service commercial and residential properties in the Greater Baton Rouge Area. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, and be available for after-hours emergency calls.

Qualifications
- HVAC Certification and EPA 608 certification required.
- Five years of relevant HVAC experience.
- Proficient in computer, text, and email skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems for commercial and residential properties.
- Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, cleaning, and part replacement.
- Manage maintenance logs and work orders; utilize maintenance software.
- Install new HVAC systems and ensure proper operation.
- Respond to after-hour emergency calls and ensure safety and reliability of systems.
