Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician 3 to join our Engineering team. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems to keep them safe, efficient, and guest-ready.

You'll support the Chief Engineer, carry out preventive checks, respond promptly to guest requests, and work with other departments to maintain a high standard of service. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

We are hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician 3 to join our Engineering team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You’ll assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities—helping to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
