Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Tech for Indigo Isles in Jacksonville. The role requires hands-on maintenance of HVAC systems, making ready apartments, and coordinating with maintenance and office teams to maintain high standards.

Three years of maintenance experience and EPA licensure are required. A valid driver's license and own tools are essential, with on-call availability for emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to go off-site.
• Provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make readies, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Description

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
