Qualifications

• HVAC certification and licenses required or obtained.
• Experience in lease-ups and property maintenance management preferred.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills with vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate work orders to ensure timely responses.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and OpEx for maintenance operations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and preventative maintenance programs.
• Prepare units for move-ins with top-notch repairs and refurbishments.
• Maintain safety and compliance across all building systems.
