Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in skilled building trade or maintenance work.
• Active licensure as a Mechanical Journeyman with the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board.
• Two years of supervising employees, or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration equipment to journeyman standards.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and instructions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and prepare inspection reports.
• Oversee and train staff, supervise technicians, laborers, and groundskeeper.
