Position Overview

The HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by developing new customer relationships and selling commercial HVAC maintenance agreements, service contracts, and retrofit solutions. This role partners with facility owners and managers to identify service needs, deliver customized solutions, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial and industrial HVAC service opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property owners, and decision-makers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted sales efforts.
• Conduct customer meetings to assess HVAC maintenance and service requirements.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals for preventive maintenance agreements and retrofit projects.
• Promote digital service offerings, sustainability, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, manage service agreement renewals, and support account growth.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts, and customer records using CRM tools (BuildOps preferred).
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC sales experience (required).
• 2+ years of experience selling HVAC preventive maintenance (PM) agreements and retrofit projects.
• Proven track record in business development and outside sales.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and maintenance services.
