Job summary

Aspen Square Management, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Foreman to lead our on-site maintenance team in Monroe, OH and ensure high-quality service for residents. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, supervise technicians, perform inspections, and coordinate with vendors on larger projects and make-ready units.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in apartment maintenance with HVAC focus.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities for the team.
Excellent troubleshooting and attention to detail.
HVAC certification and relevant training preferred.
Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a maintenance team to complete work orders and repairs.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in the apartment community.
Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance needs promptly.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for larger projects and make-ready units.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
