Aspen Square Management in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Foreman to lead our on-site maintenance team and ensure high-quality service for residents. You will supervise repairs, perform HVAC diagnostics, coordinate vendors, and maintain records.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed to keep the community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in apartment maintenance with HVAC focus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• HVAC certification and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and timely completion of work orders and repairs.
• Utilize HVAC skills to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the apartment community.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger projects and make-ready apartments.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
• All other duties as assigned

Seeking a skilled leader with HVAC expertise to join our team as Apartment Maintenance Foreman!

We're on the hunt for a talented individual to lead our maintenance team and ensure our residents enjoy our customer-focus living experience. As an owner-operated national multifamily management company with over 70+ properties, it is our goal to help YOU succeed in running the maintenance operations at Poste Winter Park! Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and timely completion of work orders and repairs.
• Utilize your HVAC skills to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our apartment community.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to complete larger projects & make-ready apartments, as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• HVAC certification AND relevant training preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Provide own hand tools
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off site
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
