Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Foreman to lead our maintenance team and ensure resident satisfaction through reliable HVAC repairs and proactive upkeep. You will oversee daily work orders, mentor technicians, and coordinate with vendors to complete larger projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive apartment maintenance experience with HVAC expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality. This is an on-site role offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in apartment maintenance, with focus on HVAC systems.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• HVAC certification and relevant training preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Provide own hand tools and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

We're on the hunt for a talented individual to lead our maintenance team and ensure our residents enjoy our customer-focus living experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and timely completion of work orders and repairs.
• Utilize your HVAC skills to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our apartment community.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to complete larger projects & make-ready apartments, as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements
