Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Foreman to lead our maintenance team at Poste Winter Park. You will diagnose HVAC issues, supervise technicians, and ensure timely work orders while maintaining resident satisfaction.

You must have extensive apartment maintenance experience with HVAC, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires flexible hours and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; hand tools must be provided.

Qualifications

• Extensive apartment maintenance experience with HVAC focus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• HVAC certification and relevant training preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physically capable to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Utilize HVAC skills to diagnose and repair systems in the community.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger projects and make-ready units.
