Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on commercial mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lb and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Utilize diagnostic tools to maintain complex heating and cooling systems.
• Complete electronic documentation daily.
