Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience repairing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC/R equipment preferred.
• EPA universal certification preferred.
• Experience with RTU, air handlers, split systems, and boiler systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting tasks safely.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns and make necessary repairs.
• Complete required electronic documentation daily.
