Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technicians in the Coatesville area. This role offers $26-$35/hr, full benefits, and a strong path toward leadership within a family-owned shop.

You will install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork, collaborate with the Lead Installer, follow safety procedures, and maintain clean job sites. EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

Residential HVAC installation experience required.
Must have a good working knowledge of products and services being offered. This may require additional study and training both on and off site.
EPA certification required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass background check
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork)
Communicate with Lead Installer throughout each project in order to assure proper, prompt completion of the job.
Follow proper installation and safety procedures
Maintain clean, professional job sites
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Work as part of a team that supports each other
Other duties as assigned
