Job summary

SFR3 LLC in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Maintenance Technician to service single-family rental homes across the St. Louis area. You’ll perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance work with autonomy, using your own truck and tools.

We offer guaranteed 40 hours, mileage reimbursement, a quarterly bonus, and health coverage starting day one. PTO starts at 2 weeks and grows; EPA 608 certification is a big plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-trade maintenance experience in apartments, SFR, or trades.
• Proficient in at least 3 of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances.
• Own truck/van with hand tools; travel between properties.
• Valid driver's license and on-call readiness.
• EPA 608 Universal certification is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC troubleshooting and repairs; EPA 608 bonus if certified.
• Repair plumbing, water heaters, drains, leaks, fixtures.
• Handle electrical tasks: outlets, switches, breakers, GFCI, fixtures.
• Carpentry, drywall patching, painting, doors and locks; safety devices.
• Repair appliances and swaps; manage turns between residents.
• Inspect homes and conduct vacancy/wellness checks and move-in/out meetings.
