You will conduct site assessments, develop install plans, lay out ductwork, and oversee commissioning of equipment while coordinating with project managers and vendors. The role emphasizes mentorship of junior technicians and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HVAC installations and commissioning equipment.
• Strong knowledge of ductwork and refrigerant line layout.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for HVAC performance issues.
• Solid understanding of electrical/mechanical systems and code compliance.
• Leadership, communication, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of HVAC systems, leading small crews.
• Conduct site assessments and develop install plans.
• Lay out ductwork and refrigerant lines; install, connect, and commission equipment.

• Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve installation-related problems.
• Coordinate with project managers and external vendors.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
