Lead Installer (RNC)

HVAC Lead Installer - Augusta, GA

Minimum 5 years of ductwork experience required.

We are seeking an experienced duct installer to install ductwork in residential new construction homes for a fast-growing HVAC company. Join one of our many branches of ACS and become part of our team!

Pay Range: Piece pay by job - very competitive! Annual projection: $55,000 - $65,000. Earnings can be higher based on the number of jobs completed. You decide your earning potential!

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a good 3-year driving record
• 5 years of duct experience
• Reliable and professional
• Responsible for installing products and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform installation of residential HVAC equipment, duct systems, and air quality systems

Qualifications:

• Proficient with hand tools used for installation
• Experience with power tools
• Ability to work with builders, superintendents, and follow directions from RNC job site foreman
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, condition, and inventory
• Complete paperwork and maintain files for each job
• Stay current on manufacturer’s products concerning installation and operation
• Take accountability for installations and perform quality control repairs as needed
