Lead Installer (RNC)

Location: Augusta, GA

Minimum 5 Years Of Ductwork Experience Required.

Pay Range: Piece Pay by Job - Very Competitive! Annual projection $55,000-$65,000. Easily can be more as it is piece pay! You decide what you want to earn by how many jobs you would like to do!

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a good 3-year driving record
• 5 Years of duct experience
• Reliable and Professional
• Responsible for installing product and equipment ensuring customer satisfaction
• Perform installation of residential HVAC equipment, duct systems, air quality systems

Qualifications

• Uses a variety of hand tools to install equipment
• Uses power tools
• Capable of dealing with builders / superintendents and following directions of RNC job site foreman
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness, condition, and inventory
• Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
• Keeps current on all manufacturer’s products concerning installation and operation
• Accepts accountability on installations and performs quality control repairs as needed
