The successful candidate will lead installation projects, install and replace heating and cooling equipment, assess systems, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Experience with FHW, boiler, and steam systems is a plus.
• NATE Certification is a plus.
• Sheet Metal License is a plus.
• Electrical experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Driver's license with a clean record.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including new construction and replacements.
