Qualifications

• Strong residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading installation projects from start to finish.
• Ability to mentor and coach apprentices and helpers.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and HVAC codes.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.
• Lead and mentor apprentices and installation helpers.
• Ensure proper installation techniques, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate with teams to keep projects moving.
• Maintain installation records and documentation.
