A Day in the Life of an Installer

As a lead installer, you will plan and manage residential retrofitting projects, lead a small team of 2‑3 installers, ensure quality installations, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to comfortably interact with customers
• Experience running a small team of 2‑3
