Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including ACs, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specs, codes, and standards.
• Perform startup, testing, and system commissioning.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field solutions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate with homeowners about progress and operation.
• Complete job documentation, photos, and paperwork accurately.
• Assist with material management and inventory control.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on schedule.
