Job summary

Onetcall Srl is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to join our residential retrofit team. The role focuses on installing HVAC systems with emphasis on duct design, layout, and fabrication, including startups and zoning installations.

You will lead a small crew, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure safe, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience installing HVAC equipment (3+ years preferred).
• Refrigeration line brazing and sheet metal transitions.
• Install all HVAC comfort systems including duct design, layout, and fabrication.
• Perform full system startups including zoning installations.
• Strong communication skills to discuss installs with customers.
• Able to pass background check and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects for residential retrofit and light commercial.
• Supervise trainees and mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction and scope clarity.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of installations.

We are looking to hire experienced HVAC Install Leads to our growing team!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Most competitive pay in the industry: $35-$45/hr DOE + Monthly bonus (up to $4,000)
• Set weekly work schedule, always have 2 consecutive days off.

Requirements

• Experienced and Proficient in installing HVAC equipment (3+years experience preferred)
• Refrigeration line brazing/ sheet metal transition building proficiency.
• Install All HVAC comfort systems including: duct design, install layout, and full fabrication.
• Perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers.
• Able to preform full system startups on all systems.
• Able to fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans.
• Leadership to allow trainees to grow and develop.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight corners, and in all weather conditions.
