Job summary

Champion Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling in Flat Rock, NC seeks an experienced HVAC Install Lead to install top‑of‑the‑line systems, mentor apprentices, and drive safe, efficient installations. You will analyze orders, maintain inventories, and uphold HVAC code compliance while delivering excellent customer service. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Lead with 3–4 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Must pass motor vehicle and background check and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.

• $75,000 - $100,000+/yr
