Job Description

We are looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, primarily focusing on change-out installs. Effective communication with customers or homeowners is essential, as you'll need to understand the responsibilities involved in working in their homes. You should be familiar with the entire process from beginning to end, including pump down, tear out, set or install, and system startup. We pride ourselves on friendly service, so after completing the job, you'll conduct a walkthrough with the customer to explain the scope, operation of the thermostat, and airflow checks throughout the house. Our goal is customer satisfaction, achieved through thorough walkthroughs and airflow checks that help reduce callbacks.

Responsibilities

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs during startup
• Follow startup procedures including wiring, pressure testing, vacuuming, understanding micron levels, and charging based on line set length, then testing subcooling
• Drive the company van, maintaining a valid license; assistance with driving can be provided if needed
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, maintain van cleanliness and stock, ensuring the correct inventory on the truck
