Summary/Objective:

The RNC Lead Installer will collaborate with other CCA employees to lead the company towards its vision of being the premier heating and air conditioning services provider. The role involves performing installation and maintenance duties, ensuring all materials and tools are ready at the worksite. Limited supervision is provided, and the Lead Installer will act as an ambassador for the CCA brand.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Set ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control equipment into place.
2. Wire controls.
3. Connect and install piping and ductwork.
4. Install indoor and outdoor HVAC units along with all required ductwork.
5. Read and understand house layouts to perform tasks efficiently.
6. Adjust and balance distribution systems for maximum energy efficiency.
7. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
8. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
10. Work overtime as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with at least three years of experience.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
