Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on residential HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Communicate effectively with customers, offering recommendations and addressing concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid HVAC license.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations.
• Physical ability to lift equipment (minimum of 50 pounds).
• 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent.
• EPA Certification (Required).
