Proudly serving Southern California's South Bay and surrounding cities, So Cal Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for experienced HVAC Installers and Technicians who are passionate about their work to join our team!

We service all residential communities and most commercial properties.

Requirements:

• Valid California Driver License with a good driving record
• EPA Certification
• Passed background check
• At least 2 years of experience

Installers: Experience with new cut-ins and change-outs.

Technicians: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose effectively.

Experience with residential and commercial systems including but not limited to rooftop packaged units, split systems, duct systems, heat pumps, mini splits, hydronic systems, and wall heaters.

Physical ability to work in attics, under houses, above T-bar ceilings, and on rooftops.

Attributes such as reliability, dependability, honesty, neat appearance, strong customer service skills, integrity, and mechanical aptitude are essential.

Self-motivated, able to follow directions, and work well within a team. Pride in workmanship, diligence, and perseverance are important qualities.

Problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking are sometimes necessary to complete jobs efficiently.
