Responsibilities

• Lead residential heating and cooling system installations.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Ensure proper airflow, refrigerant practices, electrical connections, and system commissioning.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading residential heating and cooling system installations.
