Job summary

J & J Air is seeking lead HVAC installers who care about doing things right and delivering top‑notch customer service. You’ll receive ongoing training and well‑equipped vans to perform installations across residential projects.

Earn a $2,500 hiring bonus and join a team that supports you in the field with experienced management. Typical hours are 7am–4pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for advancement and year‑round work.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in HVAC installation
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Proactive and self-motivated work ethic
Ability to lift heavy equipment
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Install air handlers, condensing units, package equipment, duct work, refrigerant tubing and related components
Complete high and low voltage power connections
System start up and commissioning including verifying refrigerant charge, CFM settings and temperature difference
Maintain tools and company vehicle and order supplies
Document actions by completing equipment records and service orders
Maintain safe and healthy work environment and comply with regulations
Participate in educational opportunities to stay updated on HVAC technology

$2,500 Hiring Bonus for qualified candidates paid half at 6 months and half at 12 months.

Responsibilities

Build comfort systems by installing air handlers, condensing units, package equipment, duct work, refrigerant tubing, and related components
Complete high and low voltage power connections
System start up and commissioning including verifying refrigerant charge, cfm settings and temperature difference
Keep tools and company vehicle operating by following operating instructions, maintain supplies
Document actions by completing equipment records and service orders
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
Comply with legal regulations
Participate in educational opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology
