Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Installer to join our team. This role involves installing HVAC equipment, reading and interpreting plans, and ensuring installations meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards. The Lead Installer will oversee the installation process, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment such as air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation components, and related systems following plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate installation.
• Lead and supervise installation teams, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Perform quality control checks during and after installation.
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding installation details.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including work completed and equipment used.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience with leadership or supervisory roles.
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC training preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Knowledge of HVAC installation techniques, tools, and materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.

Compensation

Pay varies based on experience, discussed during the interview. The pay range is:

• Maximum: $38 per hour
• Minimum: $32 per hour
