Position: Lead HVAC Installer

We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our fast‑paced company located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install and connect ventilation equipment, including ductwork, vents, and piping
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.
• Train and mentor helper installers to increase productivity
• Work with local inspection codes
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
• Sheet metal fabrication and installation are a plus.

Qualifications
