Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, control systems, and IAQ solutions.
• Complete system start-ups, testing, and commissioning for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues with professionalism.
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the process.
• Explain system operation and maintenance to clients after completion.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, specs, and codes.
• Maintain accurate job documentation for invoicing and QA.
• Deliver a world-class client experience through professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficiency and quality.

What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, air handlers, control systems, and indoor air quality solutions
• Complete system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues with precision and professionalism
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Explain system operation, features, and basic maintenance to clients upon completion
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes
• Maintain accurate job documentation for invoicing, records, and quality assurance
• Deliver a world-class client experience through professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining efficiency and high-quality output

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, system design, and setup
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• The ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve during installations
• A proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• A team-first mindset with strong work ethic and accountability
• A commitment to personal growth, coachability, and ongoing development
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier
• The ability to work in tight or confined spaces while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
