Your Role:

As our Lead HVAC Installer, you'll handle installs for furnaces, A/Cs, ductwork, water heaters, boilers, mini-splits, and more. You're detail-oriented, skilled with tools and wiring, and serious about quality work and top-tier customer service.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of HVAC install experience
• EPA Certified (NATE a big plus)
• Strong troubleshooting, wiring, and brazing skills
• Valid Ohio Driver's License + Clean Record
• Strong communicator, team player, and motivated professional
• Generator knowledge = bonus points
