HVAC Lead Installer

Gorjanc Home Services is a local, family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team.

Job Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

Pay Range: $25.00/hr. - $35.00/hr., depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Possess basic hand tools
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong organizational skills: site paperwork, job costing, material lists, etc.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
• Able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Work in extreme heat and cold
• Climb ladders multiple times a day
