You will install systems per specifications and uphold safety standards, while communicating clearly with customers. The role requires flexibility including weekends and a valid driver’s license.

With 3–4 years of HVAC installation experience, you will contribute to dependable service and quality workmanship, supporting growth in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Required).
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
