Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician in Pompano Beach to install residential HVAC equipment and oversee apprentices while ensuring code compliance and top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities include duct design and installation, system startups, limited diagnostics, and thorough job walkthroughs with customers. A high school diploma or GED and 2 years of installation experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of residential installation experience with references.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems.
• Perform limited diagnostics.
• Accurately complete installation forms.
• Perform before and after walkthroughs of the entire home with customers.
• Effectively communicate the scope of the job to customers and address their questions and concerns.
• Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.
