Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is looking for experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technicians in Pompano Beach to install residential HVAC equipment and accessories, oversee Installation Apprentices, and provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities include installing equipment, designing ducts, performing system start-ups, and completing required forms, while communicating with customers and training apprentices to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of residential installation experience with solid references.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems.
• Perform limited diagnostics.
• Accurately complete installation forms.
• Conduct before and after walkthroughs of the home with customers.
• Effectively communicate the scope of the job to customers and address questions.
• Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.
