Job summary

JLL is seeking an HVAC Technician for the LVL Site (Onsite) with a second shift schedule. The role focuses on operating and maintaining HVAC and laboratory systems to support scientific research and manufacturing activities.

You will monitor conditions, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards are followed. The position requires a EPA refrigerant license, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license, with strong computer literacy and willingness to work in varied

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery License is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency with documentation and monitoring computer programs.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions and heights.
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and building mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building air handling units and refrigeration machinery.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, pressure, and other conditions to meet client specs.
• Test and certify fume hoods and lab devices; maintain logs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal supervision.
• Install and monitor building automation systems; work in a team.
• Overhaul equipment and guide others in maintenance tasks.
