Job summary

JLL is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to ensure reliable operation of facility equipment across HVAC systems at onsite Cumberland, GA. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and troubleshoot complex failures to minimize downtime for clients.

Required: high school diploma or GED, EPA/CFC license, 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience, ability to lift 80 lbs, and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with technical training or degree.
• EPA/CFC universal license is required.
• 4+ years of building engineering experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and production equipment maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs., work at heights, and operate under extreme temperatures.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Operate and fix plumbing systems, electrical distribution, and related equipment.
• Inspect facilities, report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Troubleshoot complex failures and implement effective repairs.
