Qualifications

• Available for unscheduled, emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a varying number of employees in maintenance tasks.
• Apply for refrigerant certification within one year of employment.
• Service and maintain boiler, chilled water systems, and related equipment.
• Diagnose, service, and install condensing units, compressors, and central units.
• Perform preventive maintenance on energy management controls and related systems.
